At the start of the 20th century adult baseball teams were common, Ramsey and surrounding communities had teams with fierce rivalries.

This photograph is part of the collection of the Ramsey Historical Association.

    The town was named after a train station, which in turn was named after the landowner from whom the land was acquired to build the station: Peter J. Ramsey.

    I was born on North Central Ave I 1933 lived .Y first twenty one years there still live in the area and remember so much and recognize those pictures great place to grow up with nothing but good memories
